I set up Alerts but I’m not receiving them. Why?
To receive any Card Controls Alerts, you need to have notifications for the app turned on. Go to the settings on your phone, find Salem Five Card Controls and ensure notifications are turned on.

What should I do if my debit card becomes lost or stolen?
If your debit card is lost or stolen, log into the Mobile Banking app, access Card Controls, and turn your card ‘OFF’ to prevent unauthorized transactions. If you do not find your card, select ‘Report Lost or Stolen’ to contact Salem Five customer support and have a new card issued.

What happens when I receive a renewed/replacement card?
Your card will automatically display in Card Controls with no action needed on your part. However, for replacement cards with a new card number, you will need to add that card to your digital wallet.

Will turning off my debit card or setting controls prevent my recurring payments from being made?
No. Previously scheduled recurring payments will continue even if your debit card is turned off. However, you cannot schedule a new recurring payment unless the card is turned on.

Does Card Controls support ATM cards?
No. Currently Salem Five Card Controls is used to manage debit cards only.
