Kelley is an experienced finance professional with more than three decades of experience supporting sponsors and lower middle market companies. She focuses on cash flow transactions and designs financing solutions for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and growth-oriented strategies. Her career includes roles across commercial banking, mezzanine finance, and restructurings, giving her a differentiated perspective on navigating complex capital structures. Kelley has previously worked at Bank of Boston, Woodside Capital, Blue Hills Bank, and Hillside Advisors. She earned her degree from Villanova University, resides in Arlington, Massachusetts, and volunteers with Arlington EATS.
