Carol Tatro is the Branch Manager of Salem Five’s Sudbury location, bringing more than 10 years of experience in business development across a range of industries. Most recently, she managed a four-state territory for a global clothing designer, where she focused on building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Carol is passionate about supporting small businesses and takes pride in being a trusted advocate and resource for business owners. As a former retail business owner for over 12 years, she understands the challenges entrepreneurs face and uses that experience to provide practical, relationship-focused guidance.

A Worcester native, Carol remains deeply committed to community involvement. She founded the Pajamas & Fairytales program, which provides children in need with pajamas, a book, and a stuffed animal during the holiday season—growing the initiative from a small local effort to one that now serves more than 150 children annually. She has also been involved with the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to engaging with organizations in the Sudbury community.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, kayaking, visiting Newport beaches, and making all-natural soaps.
