Alex is a key member of the Salem Five team, bringing with him over 15 years of private banking, investment and wealth experience. Prior to Salem Five, Alex worked for Toronto Dominion (TD) Wealth Management and People’s United Bank Wealth Management (now M&T/Wilmington Trust) assisting with private banking, liquidity solutions and the holistic wealth needs of clients.
Alex graduated from Colby College, with a Bachelors in Government. Beyond his studies, he was captain and goaltender of the varsity hockey team at Colby for four years. He continued this passion in his professional life coaching varsity hockey and lacrosse teams for area prep schools. Alex clearly has skill with numbers as he taught calculus for several years at the high school level. Alex attended Merrimack College for post-graduate work in their Certified Financial Planner Program. He has obtained a number of prestigious credentials:

  • Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 FINRA Licensure
  • Moody's Analytics Understanding Cash Flow
  • Professional Financial Planning Certificate


Alex lives in North Andover with his wife, while also spending time at their home on Plum Island. They are actively involved with Phillips Academy Andover, Brooks School and the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) where their children have/are attending.
